Photoshop CS browser properties problem

When I click on the Photoshop CS browser properties ikon the program freezes up and I have to do a Control alternate delete to close PS. It makes no difference if I click on the Browser properties or go thru the Photoshop properties and click on browser. Thanks for the help. Using Windows XP sp1 and have not changed to SP2 as yet.

I have a similar problem. Also using XP SP1. I cannot seem to close a previously opened File Browser instance. The browser is empty but will not close. The best I can do is minimize it. I have no problems opening or closing the program, though.
