Bridge CS2, PS not present in ‘Open With’ selection?

Windows Vista Ultimate 64 bit / Bridge CS2

When I right click a thumbnail or preview in Bridge, Photoshop CS2 is not in the ‘open with’ program list? Photoshop CS2 is there when I use programs other than Bridge . . . How do I add it? Thanks, IM
