I have just installed Photoshop CS3 and one of the things I noticed is I am not sure I am seeing the whole Vertical Toolbar on the left side. Is there anyway to split the Toolbar and have the Toolbar display in two (2) columns??

You tried clicking on the two arrows on the top of that tool bar?
