text clipping paths! HELP

tearing my hair out here. ON the PC know you hold down alt and hover between the two layers you want to clip…ie…get the graphic inside the text.

it is NOT working for me and i dont know what i am doing wrong..its been ages since i have used this feature.

using CS2 on XP

Is your text layer BELOW your image layer? If not, drag it below.
