Oscar Accuser Pulls Punches

The woman who said last week that she’d taken saucy shots of the boxer in various states of fishnet has backtracked from her original story.
Milana Dravnel now tells Rush & Molloy, "I cannot personally verify the authenticity of the images," because pictures she still claims she took "were taken from my personal camera and were out of my control." Though she claims that she hasn’t made any scratch from the snaps, she says other people "pressured" her into going public.
She’s scheduled to be on "Entertainment Tonight," but now says that she lied to them in their interview.

This is incoherent.

No surprise where this story is going. ET is going to have egg on their faces over this debacle.

The pictures looked fake.

Of course they were fake. What is wrong with you people?

Anyone can create a Photoshop smear of anyone, a photoshop job no matter how bad, and a percentage of the audience will believe the photos are real, no matter how hard you hit them over the head with the flaws in the photos.

What specific details about the pictures make you think that they are fake?

The angle and the size of the head didn’t look right.

Got a link?

Perhaps the experts in the Photoshop newsgroup can give their opinion http://x17online.com/celebrities/x17_xclusive_presenting_mis s_oscar_de_la_hoya.php

Yeah, I am the Photoshop expert, and those are fakes all right. Head too big, lighting inconsistent, and I can even see a digital cutting edge on one of them. If the teeny little body they used ever got into a boxing ring, it would crumple and die after a single punch. Those forgeries are as pathetic as any I’ve ever seen, and I don’t even think that the Fake Detective would waste time on them.

Dela Hoya must have an enemy somewhere, and now it appears that he has a lawsuit as well. I hope he takes them to the cleaners.

Or how much "humble pie" they eat. Are you enjoying that Agent Smith?
