I don’t want to sound stupid by asking the obvious, but do you have the original serial number? If you do, you can install the newest version of the software you’re willing to pay for. As far as legitimate past upgrades, they have record of every single one on the machines on their desks.
Customer service — actually a specialized department within customer service called "Activation" can turn your stuff on and off as if by magic. And like the vast majority of people at Adobe, they’re very nice and friendly and cool and helpful.
It’s the engineers you gotta watch out for. They’re not reading this though, so there’s no chance on earth I’ll ever get in trouble for opening my big mouth. And I not only believe in the tooth fairy — I am the damn tooth fairy :-))))))))))

Just to actually answer your question, rather than tell you that you posted this in alt.graphics.photoshop, you just install the latest version you have, and during the
installation it will ask you to insert the cd of the version you are upgrading from. No need to install the oldest
version first.
I can’t find a news group about adobe Photoshop. This is the reason why I post here. My original dick with adobe Photoshop 4 will not install on windows xp on my new computer. The disk is looking for a version of flash player ? and will not continue. For me Photoshop 4 need to be installed first and the updates versions like 5 -5.5 -6. Is there a news group for adobe Photoshop users ?.
