I normally use PS 7.
I downloaded the CS demo from Adobe and have been trying to use it. However compared to PS7 the CS demo is incredibly slow to process basic image changes like resizing, flattening and simple filters.
Is this because the demo is crippled or is CS fundamentally slower than PS7? There are enhanced usablility factors in CS that make it desirable but not if it is going to fun this slow (Athlon 3200/512mbs 400mhz dual speed ram: not a slow machine, plenty of scratch disks).
