How do I put all pictures from a CD into Photoshop without having to go back and forth from where they opened from the CD?

You really can’t … and shouldn’t … work directly from a CD.

Copy the file(s) to your hard disk, and do your PhotoShop work from there. If you just want to view the pictures "on the CD" … I suggest using a viewer program such as Irfanview (it’s free, and very good).
