Hi1
Ihave a problem when I try to crop a photo.
Each time I drag to adjust the crop size it takes too much off. I can’t adjust the size to the small degree I need.
image size of 324×244. I’m trying to only crop the size to 320×240. Using the crop tool, I can’t get it to that size.

Hello

Try turning off the Snap feature. View >> Snap (Uncheck)

I’m no PS expert, but that is usually what worked for me in the past if I was trying to crop a small amount around the parameter.

Try dragging some guides out to where you want to crop and enable "snap" to make the selection stick, or set your rectangular marquee tool to a fixed size with no feathering. Then make your selection. While making the selection, you can hold down the space bar to move it about to position it more accurately.

Try using the marquee tool set to the exact size you want, you can adjust the position at will.
I very rarely use the crop tool anymore 🙂

Me either. I use the Rectangular marquee tool and then crop with that.

Hello

With the Snap enabled you can use the Ctrl button when adjusting the crop and it will not snap.
