Some files end up in My Doc’s

After each Photoshop session I always get two files in My Documents. They are Untitled1.B4B and RFullB4.raw.
I’m new to CS. Was using PS7 before and this never happened. Can someone tell me how to make the program stop doing this? I’ve looked through all the settings and can’t come up with a solution.
