Did you ever get an answer to this? I just started getting these two error messages today. I’ve reinstalled twice as well, the second time after uninstalling and deleting the ~e5d141.tmp file and rebooting prior to the install. I’ve deleted the prefs and deleted the entire folder as described above. I really need this software and after having paid for CS, I really don’t feel I should have to go back to v7! Thanks for any suggestions as to my next step –

followed by "A required application library failed to load and theproduct cannot continue. Please reinstall the application. Well, I have reinstalled twice so far, and deleted the prefs as mentioned above.
Any help would be great.
