Okay, Nikon Capture has a utility to straighten photos taken with the 10.5 mm DX fish-eye lens. What I am wondering is if there is any way to do that in Photoshop CS?

I’m not sure, but the pinch filter under Filter > Distort might work. However it may require cropping or, better yet, enlarge the canvas size first, since the affected area seems to be restricted a bit. Anther idea is the pucker tool in the Liquify Command (CTRL+SHFT+X) but my guess is it would blur the image. The best scenario would be to use the correct lens on the camera.

Look around for PanoTools … IIRC it will do what you are requesting.
