Hi Jan!
With PhotoshopCS, it seems that the *.atn files reside in: C:\Program Files\Adobe\Photoshop CS\Presets\Photoshop Actions If you were to place your *.atn files into that folder and started Photoshop, wouldn’t it work?

Jan(nl);

Put (i.e, copy)your action files into the Photoshop Actions folder. Bring up CS.
Then alt-f9 (Windows>Actions).
Click on triangle-in-circle just below the close palette ‘X" to get the actions drop down menu.
Then click on load and it opens a dialogue box for Photoshop Actions. Click your action file and it should be straightforward from there.
