Can’t crop

I’m not sure what I did but my crop tool is sick. It won’t crop properly. It lags behind where I am trying to drag it. Any ideas? Thanks.

Dump your prefs:

Press and hold Alt+Control+Shift (Windows) or Option+Command+Shift (Mac OS) immediately after launching.

Click OK when prompted to delete current settings. This will restore them to "fresh-out-of-the-box" condition.
