Putting a Layer in the Background

I have a graphics layer that I had to enlarge. I want it to be behind the Text. I cant get this to happen. Can somebody help me?

In the layers pallet, click on the text layer and drag it to the top of the stack. The image (graphics) layer should then be below it.

Just put the layer with the graphics beneath the layer with the text. But maybe it’s better to start with pressing F1.
