Moniter suggestions

I have Photoshop on my Sony and Gateway with a Gateway LCD on the new Sony and a OLD CTX on my old Gateway. As I do mostly video editing and little color matching the LCD moniter is OK.

I bought my wife Painter 9 and am going to install CS on her machine. As color match is important for the work that she does, what are the suggestions for a 19 to 21 inch moniter. She plans on doing original painting as well as reworking portraits.

It need not be a LCD.
