There is no "Save for Web" in ImageReady. You can Save for web in Photoshop then jump to IR…Or you can open the Optimize palette in ImageReady and it looks exactly like (or very close) to "Save for Web in Photoshop.

You can also optimize any html by choosing File>Save as optimized.
