I have been producing some thumbnail images in Photoshop 7 but don’t sem to
be able to save anything with a file size less than about 16K. Even if it is a maximum compressed .jpg only a few pixels wide they are still that size.
Saving the same image using Corel Photopaint gets them down to 4K (my cluster size therefore as small as it can get).
Is this just me? have I missed something? are you able to save tiny .jpg thumbnails with a file size of only 4K?
