I have the same problem as mraub. Deleting temp files, uninstall/install did not help. Any more ideas?

It’s potentially a permissions issue. Check to make sure you have full permissions to the directories involved – in Windows Explorer, right click on a directory and select Sharing and Security.

Thanks for the reply, Scott. I’ll keep it in mind.
By the time I saw your reply, I had un-ghosted a
backup of WinXP that has CS on it. Had to activate,
but the whole process only takes about 5 minutes.
Everything is back to normal. Thanks, again.
