The command from Bridge CS2 "Build Cache for Subfolders" is missing from Bridge CS3. What do I do if I want to build the cache for a entire folder tree?

"Tools>Cache>Build and Export Cache" will get you to where you want to be. There is also a setting in the preferences, you probably already know of that.
