Ok, this is my problem, when I open the blending options window this is what happens

The blending options window is all thew way up there where i cant see the opacity or outer shadow or hit "ok"

Can someone help in telling me how i can get the window back down

PS: The pic is bad quality because I just took a screen shot and saved in on MS paint..

Reset your preferences per the FAQ.

You might try Window -> Workspace -> Reset Palette Locations but I believe that would only reset the Palettes as stated.

You can solve the problem without resetting preferences, Kevin.

To move the layer style dialog box (or many others) when you can’t reach the top bar, get it in focus (as in your image), hit Control-Enter, and the control icon will open, allowing you to select M for move (or press M), and then you can move the box with the arrow keys and hit enter to finalize the location.
