In CS3 I have my grids setup to split my images into a 3×3 grid.

Is there anyway to get the grids to resize when you are using the crop tool so the 3×3 grid only gets applied to the area inside the crop?

Not directly. What you could do though is make an empty layer, copy and paste a 3×3 frame that you prepared previously as a new layer, and use free transform to position it over the area you intend to crop. Once that is in place, use the crop tool to do the actual crop, and delete the 3×3 layer. —

Ah, sounds like a cunning plan, thanks 🙂
