My installation completely aborts, giving ‘error 113’ as an ‘online error message’ so. help! thx

Please give some more info. Version of Elements, OS, Exactly where in the process it is aborting.

Deleteing the contents of your Windows Temp and Tmp folders before running the installer should clear things up.
