to solve th problem with Updater when launching Photoshop CS2, then missing .dll files, when launching Bridge:
1) Reboot in safe-mode
a)start>run, type "msconfig", press "ok"
b)click the "boot.ini" tab
c)check the "safe mode" check box
d)click "apply", then click "close"
e)reboot at prompt
2)log into the account called "Administrator"
3)repair permissions on "C:\Documents and Settings\All Users"
a)open "C:\Documents and Settings"
b)right click "All Users" folder, and open Properties
c)Secrutiy Tab, then click on "Advanced"
d)highlight "Administrators(****)"
e)Check the box that says"Replace permission entries……"
f)click "Apply"
4)Reboot normally,into an admin account
5) From PS CS2 splash screen, click "Explore Disk"
6) open the "Adobe Photoshop CS2" folder, open the "Common Files" folder
7)run the "AdobeCommonFiles.msi" installer
