I just took a look at the new online photo editing/storage service Adobe is offering and it looks interesting, to say the least. However, people should be aware of the TOS implied by signing up for the service which includes, in part, the following:

"…you grant Adobe a worldwide, royalty-free,
nonexclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable license to use,
distribute, derive revenue or other remuneration from, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, publicly perform and publicly display such Content
(in whole or in part) and to incorporate such Content into other Materials or
works in any format or medium now known or later developed."

I guess some people have complained about the language and Adobe has said they will review the TOS and amend it as they see fit.

As a further note, the service seems to be having some start-up problems with sign-up verifications, so it might be wise to wait ’till some of the bugs are ironed out. It’s a free service, but you’d never know it from all the bitching people are doing while the invariable growing pains are eased.
