Photoshop performance on Dual Core Processors

I added this topic twice but it seems to either disappear or someone took it off. Does anyone know how much performance benefit will occur in using CS or CSII on a dual core dual processor workstation compared to a single core processor?

How much memory can CSII address? Thanks.
