Chromatic Aberration correction on TIF

Can anyone suggest how to do a Chromatic Aberration correction (like is available in Camera Raw in PSCS2) on a TIF?

I want to use the Nikon Capture software for automatic Dust Off, D-Lighting (shadow and highlight enhancement) and automatic Vignetting correction before applying CA correction in PSCS2, but Nikon Capture doesn’t have CA correction and only exports TIF with those edits applied(or raw RAW with editing instructions appended but not applied).
