Using Wacom Intuos3, Photoshop Opacity and Pressure Sensitivity?

I just hooked up my Wacom Intuos3 to my Macbook Pro (Leopard). Photoshop CS3.

I understand there is a setting (somewhere, I sure can’t find it) that tells Photoshop to adjust the opacity of a color/stroke based on the pressure you apply to the pen on the tablet.

This is something I’d really love to use. Can someone help me figure this out?
