CS2 no Wacom tilt with airbrush

WindowsXP and latest Wacom Intuos3 driver.

Tilt is working with Corel’s PainterIX but not with Photoshop. Any suggestions?

did you set cs2 up in the wacom control panel?

Yes. It makes no difference though. And PainterIX works without being specified in the Wacom control panel.
