I moved from CS1 to CS2 but I’m keeping CS1 on board for a while just in case of serious problems with CS2. I copied the gear I wanted to keep from one to the other viz: bring up your (old) CS1 plug-in/preset/brush, etc folder. Bring up your (new) CS2 like folder. Now drag all the items you want to keep from the CS1 folders into the CS2 folders. By the way both Releases will work quite happy independant of one another. When you’re happy with CS2, uninstall CS1. You’ll still have your favourite gear.
