I want to make a cert. of achievement and can’t figure out a good way to make a border around the page. does anyone have any ideas It isn’t a serious one so it doesn’t have to be fancy.

Illustrator has some great tools for doing edging. If you’re doing anything more complicated than a couple of boring rectangles,
I’d give it a serious look.
