toggle between layer blend modes

can someone tell me a keyboard shortcut to toggle between layer blend modes, i was told it was shift + or – but that doesnt work on a PC

Highlight the mode box, then use the up-and-down arrows! (Doesn’t work on my Mac, but it works on the PC.)

as above click and select the mode drop down (turns gray) mine works with the mouse wheel

type is also easier to scroll through with the wheel
