I want to print on some 13" x 19" paper but there’s no 13 x 19" in the Page Setup. So how do I do it? Do I select "user defined" in the Page Setup and then 13 x 19" in the canvas size or wha? I don’t want to ruin this expensive paper and think of all the ink!
