I think you would need to explain in more detail what you mean by "skin matching" do you mean matching the onscreen colors to an existing photo? Matching skin tones on a variety of photos of the same person? Also what do you mean by skin blending? Im sure you will find some good answers on the forum if you are a bit more detailed in your query, good luck.

In CS try using the Match Colour command (Edit>Adjustements>Match Colour) for matching the skin tones in two different images.
