Hello,Does anyone know If It is possible to change Under your adobe store account Id, Can you change the comapny name to a diferent company name without having to phone adobe as My account does not have the option to modify my company name under my adobe Id Account.

also is it normal when switching from : Edit Your Account Information To View Product Registrations .. I Am required To login when ever I switch between The Two Areas Of the adobe store, does anyone else have the same issues whenever switching between the 2 areas in the adobe store account member Information as this does not seem normal

does anyone have the ability to change their comapany name within your adobe store account Information as I Am unable to

I’m hoping adobe is reading this forums as they have decided not to read any of my e-mails,all I Have received from them is a e-mail letting me know they will get back to me the next day, and that was over 3 days ago

Len, I still owe you beers. Adobe Store, in my most recent experience, sucks.

Hours on the phone, I have to do this and that, unauthorized charges to my card, etc.

I still owe you beers.

Hello Thank you to all that answered,I Finally found An answer to my questions,I Found A E-Mail address for Adobe; Is Adobe Automated system, works great as they answered be back by e-mail as the response said …. for anyone that needs this e-mail automated system of adobe, go to: adobe main page … www.adobe.com and look at the top where it says … Search contact us … click on contact us and then look for the link that says .. try our automated e-mail system .. thats it or here is the link
