Does anyone know what the best source of artistic filters is, aside from the ones that come with Photoshop?

Hi Robert…

Flaming Pear does offer excellent plugins…some free.

You might also want to check out this site. I’m sure you’ll find something you can use (though there may be some dead links in such an extensive list).

Hi, I couldn’t find anywhere in the above URL where it mentioned if any of ’em are x64 bit compatible. Maybe too much to ask for freebies.

They’re generally updated or added to, but as concerns the x64bit compatibility issue, certain "freebie" developers I’ve had correspondence with are waiting on Filtermeister.
