This is more of a license question…

We’ve moved from volume licensing where I work to simply buying each employee their own copies of Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, etc…

I am the sole user of my copy of my software. No one else uses my machine ever. I’d like to begin doing more work from my home (I don’t do ANY freelance work – all work would be related to my employer who purchased the software). Since I’m the sole user of the software and all work is done for the company that purchased it, am I allowed to install a copy of the software on my machine at home? Or would I be expected to purchase my own copies of everything?

I’ve never "pirated" anything – I’ve not even ever downloaded an MP3 that I did not pay for. That is why I am asking this question. The main reason I’d like to install at home is because I work crazy long hours (minimum 10 hours a day, sometimes up to 16 during crunch time). I’d much rather work those extra hours from the comfort of my home than stuck at work…

I searched the site but couldn’t find an answer. If this isn’t the place to find an answer, would anyone know where on the site to look?

Thank you!

The EULA specically allow you to install on a work and home machine, activate both and use them both as long as you’re the primary user of both machines and that Photoshop won’t be used on both at the same time.
