That was the first questio 😛

I need to make those ancient walls, but i cant seem to do it. Do you know Tomb Raider? Yes, i need to do a layout based on that, i got the idea but my photoshop knowledge arent enough.

The idea is, I need to make a Pillar (that thing that support the roof on every temple), a Pillar is made of many stones, one on the top of another, but the texture and painting are really hard to make

here is what i got

oscar you need to start w/the basics. search google for beginner tutorials. seach for "photoshop tutorial beginner". when you get more specific, replace the word beginner. for example "photoshop tutorial textures", etc.

I don’t think you have such a bad start there. The stone looks rather goldish and would look better as a mottled grey or brown or any other more typical "earth tone". Make them different by making some cracked looking, some with a layered look, some darker, some lighter. Put a few bugs on some and some faded rune graffiti. Take one of the stones, and flip it once or twice so there is some variation without having to make every stone individually. An easy way to add variation and 3D is to use the dodge and burn tools. Here is a nice rock texture…

One approach would be to make a pattern of the stone pieces, and use it to fill a selection in the shape of the pillar.
Here is a tutorial by the guru of Photoshop photo-realism, Burt Monroy, that you may be able to adapt…
