Hello there,

I stumble upon this thread. I have the exact same problem, since when I don’t know really. I have PS 7, and it just started bugging for no apparent reasons. I’ve checked and done all that is suggested here.

I was wondering if this has been solved, since there is no more posts.

MacBook Pro 16” Mockups 🔥

– in 4 materials (clay versions included)

– 12 scenes

– 48 MacBook Pro 16″ mockups

– 6000 x 4500 px

Actually, there is no solution. It’s pretty weak of PS if you ask me. You can however use Windows Key + PrtScn and it will capture the monitor your mouse is on. (I’m having trouble capturing two monitors). So, if you’re only using one monitor, you’re in business.

print screen and alt-print screen work fine here… dual monitors.

Same here. On CS2 but it worked fine with CS too.

I’m going to suggest that old die-hard solution: Trash the Prefs!

Just hold Ctrl+Alt+Shift as you fire up Photoshop to force the program to build a new Preferences file.

Chris.
