line up picture in photoshop

Whwn I open photoshop I have the tollbar down the left side, when I then open a picture for editing the left edge is behind the toolbar. Is there a way to adjust this so that the left side of the picture aligns with the right edge of the toolbar?

What you really mean is to show the image properly.

Drag the toolbar slightly to the right. A fraction of an inch should be enough but experiment a bit.

You could shrink the image window and then drag the tools off onto the desktop!
