Hi everybody,
I’m using a legal copy of Adobe Master Collection CS3. So far anything fine, till I installed the downloaded trial version of Photoshop CS4, just to see if upgrading to CS4 would be worth the money.
Of course this trial expired after 30 days. After this period I have trouble with runing my legal CS3. Every 30 days it says my licence is expired. This problem is surprisingly simply to solve, since overwriting the photoshop.exe file with a copy of the original got things back to going so far.
The bigger problem is, that I cannot add parts of the program anymore (i.e. Fireworks CS3), since the installation procedure is looking for installation files of the CS4 trial (????) at the location where I unpacked the trial download. I already manually removed all left overs of CS4 in the registry, but the problem remains.
Has anyone of you wise guys (and girls) a clue how to solve this?
Thanx i.a.
Olaf
