how to turn a black image white?

I know it’s really probably simple but I haven’t got on a photoshop course yet – I’m still looking for a good one – but I really need to make this black logo white. can anyone help?

I got it wrong in post 2 Ctrl+Shift+I inverts a selection – something I use routinely, so I should know better! <grin>
