I just recently bought Adobe Video Collection and it came with Photoshop CS and saw online that Adobe would be shipping them with CS2 now. Would I be eligable for a free upgrade?

Call Adobe and tell them when you bought it along with proof of the purchase.

Well I called and they said that it is not eligible for the free upgrade since it is a bundled product….This stinks.

isn’t each individual piece a standalone full version? if so you should be able to get it. i’d call back and get another cust. svc agent.

my dad tried a week or so ago and the rep said the same thing but they may be doing something in the future. But if u want to give them a buzz go right ahead.lol
