RAW not working

Using PS CS. It has been months since I tried opening a Canon RAW file. It worked shortly after I installed CS, but tonight I get the message: "could not complete your request because this version of Photoshop does not supply the services required by this plugin module". I have both Canon G1 and G6 files.

Suggestions?

I would tried to recopy the camera raw plug-in back into your Photoshop CS and see if the corrects the problem
