moving licences between computers PS7

Hi,
I’m a support engineer in the UK and I have a couple of quick questions:
1) How do I transfer a licence for Photoshop from one machine to another?
2) when someone’s laptop hard drive has crashed, removing their copy of Photoshop, how do I put it back onto their machine?

Just install it. There’s no activation mechanism for PS 7.0 except in the Austrailian market.

Should be on the CD case. But I don’t really remember PS 7’s location.
