If I try to do an online update from acrobat or photoshop it fails getting the file list with error 21:-124.
The log gives:

If I try the URL in a browser then it works, the update itself used to work, does anyone know what is stopping it?
photoshop is 7.0.1 and acrobat is 5.0.5.
