I just received my Photoshop CS2 upgrade and discovered that it will not auto install nor install manually. When I try to boot up, all I get is a small square blank screen with Adobe Photoshop CS2 in the upper left hand corner of the box. I’m running XP pro with service pack 2. I’m running the AMD 3200 with 1 gig of ram and the Radeon 9800 pro video card. I’m running my Internet cable through a wireless G router. I have turned off my personal firewall as well as the XP firewall and my anti-virus program. Any help would be appreciated. Joe

Don’t know if this will help but I had trouble getting CS2 installed and because of another problem had to go into the bios and click load failsafes. After doing this CS2 loaded no problems. Not technical enough to know why
