My digital photo files from a Nikon D100 look terrific in the BreezeBrowser program, The distinctions between color intensity and brightness levels are a good 30 percent better than Adobe CS and CS2, and the fine details are better by the same proportion.

I’ve got a Sony VAIO PCV-RXA842 desktop with 1 gig of RAM, processorn AMD Athlon™ XP 2400+ at 2.0 GHz1 with QuantiSpeed™ Architecture, Hard Disk Drive 80 GB2, ATA-100, plus second internal 20 gig drive,
C = 16 GB, D = 64 GB Standard Memory (RAM) 1.0 GB PC2100 DDR-SDRAM, Graphics NVIDIA® nForce™ IGP
Video Memory (VRAM) 32 MB (Shared with system memory) and a new Samsung 19 inch CRT.

What can I do to get the Adobe representation to equal the BB?

With the limited info you provide it is not possible to say. You don’t specify whether you’re shooting RAW, for example. You don’t specify how you are viewing the photos in Photoshop and how in BreezeBrowser. You don’t specify whether you have the Pro version of BreezeBrowser. For example, if you are shooting in RAW, then BreezeBrowser displays the imbedded JPEG wherease Photoshop does a trial RAW conversion. So these little details are important in being able to answer such a question. As for me, I use both BB Pro, and PS CS and CS2 and I find that the photos look about equal between the programs.
Cheers,
Fredrick

I just deleted adobe gamma to calibrate using spyder, Should I put it back in and dump the calibration? It’s not working very well anyway.

if you have hardware calibration, rerun that. make sure adobe gamma isn’t loading (look in start> programs> startup folder) to be sure they’re not conflicting.

Also change the default settings for your camera to be as oversaturated and contrasty as the BreezeBrowser images.
