Dear All

We have 3 machines on a Windows 2000 network with 6 graphic artists every once in a while they come up as scratch disks full I delete their profile off the machie and the problem goes away. Is there anyway in which I could automate this?

Cheers

Gabriel

The issue is that they have run out of disk space on their machine or where ever the scratch disk has been designated – that’s what that message means. Under Edit|preferences you can find the location of the scratch disks.

Scratch files are stored in the temp directory of the drive they’ve been designated to. Also improper closing of photoshop leaves behind huge temp files. Usually all that’s in order is good housekeeping and cleaning out the temp folders on a regular basis.
