Please help! I use a Canon SD300, and it takes great pictures for the value, and i use Canon’s ZoomBrowser EX to view and manage photos. When I open the photos up in CS2, they look very dirty, flaky, and snowy. They also are significantly brighter in CS2 than in my photo browser. Any suggestions as to why this is the case?

Most likely it’s just a bad display profile.

Follow the directions for using Adobe Gamma in the FAQ.

That did help the problem, but is there any way to make it so that color profiles will be the same in ZoomBrowser EX and CS2?

Not if ZoomBrowser doesn’t use color management.
